QuikSoil™ 506 compost additive is composed of proteins, nucleic acids, minerals, and intermediate metabolic compounds. This combination increases biological activity and especially, biological diversity allowing the fastest controllable rate of decomposition. By increasing the ability of the composting mass to act as its own biofilter, odour release is dramatically reduced. The 506 composting system results in less materials handling, less fuel consumption, less greenhouse gas emissions, and again in reduced volatilization of odorous gases.
